We are seeking a highly motivated parts sales person to join our team in Lithia Springs, GA. The ideal candidate will have experience in Automotive Parts Sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and CSI scores.

Responsibilities:

Assist all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a professional and efficient manner. Inform customers of companion part requirements and ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product line. Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information for retail and wholesale sales. Assist parts manager in processing weekly stock orders, notifying customers of current promotions, assisting with inventory management, verifying that all parts are correctly stocked, displayed, and labeled. Notifiy appropriate parties when special-order parts arrive. Serve as back-up for parts manager for inventory functions.

Requirements:

Parts sales experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong negotiation and closing
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license
